TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It’s The Responsibility Of Charlotte Wilson & Co. Clients To Familiarise, Understand And Accept Responsibility Of All The Booking Terms And Conditions. When Booking A Service You Are Automatically Agreeing To Charlotte Wilson & Co. Terms & Conditions.

MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

  1. There Is A Minimum Booking Of 5x Makeups, Including 1 Bridal Makeup.

  2. Bookings That Don’t Reach The Minimum Will Still Be Charged At The Equivalent Minimum Cost.

BOOKING PAYMENTS

  1. A £75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee Is Required To Secure The Wedding Day. This Is Then Deducted From The Final Balance.

  2. Bookings Made With Less Than 1 Calendar Month Until The Event Are Payable In Full Upon Booking To Secure The Date.

  3. A Date Cannot Be Held Without A Reservation Fee And The Requested Date Will Still Be Open To Other Enquiries In The Mean Time.

  4. Trial Payments Are Not Included In Minimum Spend.

  5. Final Payment Is Due 1 Calendar Month Prior To The Wedding Day, Unless Discussed Otherwise.

  6. You Agree That By Paying Your Non-Refundable Reservation Fee You Are Agreeing And Accepting To Be Bound To Charlotte Wilson & Co. Business Terms And Conditions.

 TRAVEL COSTS

  1. All Road Travel To Trials And The Wedding Day Is Charged At £1per Mile (Round Trip)

  2. Congestion, Toll And Parking Charges May Apply And Will Be Quoted Accordingly Or Where Necessary Paid In Cash On The Day.

  3. Destination Weddings/Events - Ground Travel In The UK And In Country Of Destination Is Required, As Well As Flights And Accommodation For The Night Before The Wedding/Event (And After If Necessary). In Some Cases A £100 Travel Day Fee May Be Applied. (Please Get In Touch For Further Information On Destination Weddings.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Accommodation Close To The Wedding Venue May Be Required For The Night Before The Wedding If; Journey Time Is Over 90 Minutes One Way, The Start Time Is 6am Or Earlier

  2. If A Second MakeUp Artist Is Required On The Day, A Charge Of £50 Will Be Added To Your Invoice To Cover Admin Fee.

TRIALS

  1. Trials Are Offered Once The Wedding Date Has Been Secured With The Reservation Fee.

  2. Trials Are Held At My Studio In Harrogate, HG3 - Mid Week - Tuesday To Friday.

  3. Weekend Trials Aren’t Available As These Are Reserved For Weddings.

  4. Trials On Fridays Have Very Limited Availability Due To Weddings.

  5. Trials Are Essential For The Bride, But Optional For The Bridal Party.

  6. In The Unfortunate Event That You, Or Any Of Your Bridal Party, Decide After Your Trial That You Or I Need To Cancel Your Wedding, A Refund Cannot Be Given On Work That Has Already Been Carried Out.

  7. Trial Payment Is Not Included In Minimum Spend Total.

 IF YOU CANCEL OR CHANGE THE BOOKING

  1. All Changes To A Booking Need To Be Made Via Email And By The Bride Only Or A Designated Wedding Planner.

  2. Payments For Work That Has Already Been Carried Out Is Non-Refundable.

  3. Reservation-Fees Are Non Refundable Should You Change Your Mind About The Wedding Date.

  4. If Services Are Reduced To Less Than The Minimum Booking Requirements, The Full Minimum Amount Will Still Be Charged.

  5. A New Reservation Fee Will Be Needed To Secure A New Date Should You Wish To Move Or Postpone Your Original Booking.

  6. Any Bookings That Postpone To A Different Year May Be Subject To A Slight Yearly Price Increase.

  7. Cancelling 3 Month Or Less Prior To The Wedding Day = 100% Of The Balance To Be Paid On The Day Of Notice.

IF I CANCEL OR CHANGE THE BOOKING

    1. In The Unfortunate Event That I Am Unable To Attend On The Day, Due To Illness Or For Unforeseen Circumstances, All Efforts Will Be Made To Find An Alternative Artist To Stand In.

    2. In The Unlikely Event That I Cannot Find A Replacement Artist, Monies (Excluding Money Paid For Work Already Carried Out) Will Be Fully Refunded.

    3. If An Assisting Artist Is Needed For Large Party's And They Are Unable To Attend Due To Unforeseen Circumstances We May Ask For An Earlier Start Time To Accommodate Original Numbers, Or A Refund Can Be Offered On Services That Have Been Forfeited.

IN THE EVENT OF DELAYS ON THE WEDDING DAY

    1. Charlotte Wilson & Co. Cannot Be Held Accountable In The Event Of Unforeseen Delays On The Day Which Are Out Of Their Control.

    2. In The Event That One Or More Services Are Forfeited As A Result, No Compensation/Refunds Can Be Offered If Timings Over-Run

INSURANCE 

  1. Charlotte Wilson & Co. Has Full Public Liability Insurance To Protect Both Themselves And The Client.

PRODUCTS / ALLERGIES

  1. The Client Must Inform Charlotte Wilson & Co. Of Any Allergies/Sensitivities/Skin Conditions Before Any Services Are Carried Out. This Includes Before/During The Trial And Afterwards If Any Sensitivities/Problems Have Been Found.

CW Lashes Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days. 

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at charlottewilsonmua@outlook.com to resolve the problem


Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. 
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Delivery policy

Order before 12pm to receive your order the following day (Monday - Thursday, UK only).  Any orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery (as it is a next working day service).
